About Andrea

PRESIDENT

Andrea Chrysanthou is one of Canada’s premier media relations experts, a multiple award-winning communicator and an educator with more than a decade of experience in public relations and communications.

She currently serves as Vice President, Brand and Communications at TAS, Canada’s leading impact real estate and investment firm. Prior to joining TAS, Andrea supported some of the North America’s most respected companies, providing comprehensive communications strategies and executing multi-channel campaigns. Her media relations strategies have won numerous awards from the Canadian Public Relations Society and consistently lead to coverage in top-tier media across the country and internationally.

Prior to her career in communications, Andrea worked as a journalist and producer at some of Canada’s top national broadcasters as well as international news organizations. The experience gives her a unique understanding of what the media needs to actualize a great story.

Andrea is one of less than 500 Canadians Accredited in Public Relations (APR) through the Canadian Public Relations Society and also holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Journalism from Ryerson University. Passionate about advancing the communications industry in Canada, she serves as the President for the CPRS Toronto Chapter and as the former Vice President of the Public Affairs Association of Canada.
