BRAMAN THILLAINATHAN

About Braman

Braman Thillainathan has always been passionate about the intersection between government and strategic communications. It’s in this intersection which lays the public and ensuring they are aware of services and programs available to them, understanding where to receive support whether financial or emotional but most importantly ensuring the message of transparency and accountability is being communicated.

His experience and background is in providing the Government of the day issues management and media relations advice. Braman has provided strategic advice to the Minister of Energy, Northern Development and Mines, the Minister of Education and most recently the Premier as he currently works as a Senior Issues Analyst at Cabinet office.

Braman is passionate about exposing people to the world of communications who may have never seen it as a potential career pathway. He’s passionate about the CPRS board to find a way to expose more people from a variety of backgrounds to this field.

Braman completed his undergraduate studies at Western University where he pursued a double Major in Political Science and Media & Public Interest. After his undergrad Braman completed a post-graduate certificate in Public Relations at Humber College. When not diving into the world of politics you can find Braman cheering on the Raptors, being a Hip-Hop aficionado and on the quest to find the best slice of cheesecake.
