Julie Hiroz, MCM

Julie Hiroz is a strategic communications and public affairs leader with more than 20 years of experience helping purpose‑driven organizations strengthen their reputation, engage stakeholders, and drive meaningful impact. She is currently Director of Marketing & Public Affairs at ACCES Employment, where she leads integrated communications, issues management, media relations, and stakeholder engagement in support of workforce development, and equity‑focused initiatives.

Julie has held senior communications roles across the non‑profit, healthcare, and regulatory sectors. She is known for simplifying complex issues, building high‑performing teams, and providing trusted counsel to executives and boards during periods of change and high‑stakes public scrutiny.

She holds a Master of Communications Management from McMaster University and has presented nationally on communications strategy, performance frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.
