Bylaws

CPRS Toronto has its own Constitution, Letters Patent and Bylaws in keeping with the philosophy and standards of the national society.

The Bylaws were most recently updated in 2020 after the proposed changes were ratified by CPRS Toronto members at the Annual General Meeting. The 2020 update to the Bylaws were initiated in order to ensure that the CPRS Toronto Bylaws are compliant with the regulations from the forthcoming Ontario Not-for-profit Corporations Act (ONCA).
