In accordance with the Bylaws of CPRS Toronto Inc., the following is the official notice of the Annual General Meeting.

Reports will be received from all committees; directors will be elected and general business of the Society will be discussed.

The 2024 financial statements will be available once the audit is complete.
A hard copy of the AGM package will not be mailed to members.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete the Proxy form and email before July 16, 2024.
