About Jessica

DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING

Driven by a passion for writing and a strong creative flair for audience engagement, Jessica Rabaey steers public relations strategies toward success.

As the Town of Milton’s Communications Advisor, Jessica plays a critical role in building and maintaining the corporation’s public image and is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic communication and proactive media relations initiatives to support various business units within the Town of Milton. Jessica’s knack for public relations and communications has been developed through various roles in the private and public sectors. 

From website and social media management to developing communication strategies, Jessica leads the communications and marketing portfolio for CPRS Toronto. Jessica and her sub-committee of volunteers are responsible for driving membership engagement and building strong relationships with stakeholder groups. 

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University and a postgraduate certificate in public relations from Humber College. In 2020, she was the recipient of the CPRS Toronto Young Public Relations Professional of the Year Award, for her significant contributions to the profession.

In her spare time, Jessica is a fitness instructor and is studying to become a certified yoga teacher. When she is not exercising or studying, you can find her reading thriller novels or spending time with family and friends.
