About Janine

A seasoned senior communications advisor and proven agency leader, Janine Allen is president and partner at Kaiser & Partners, a full service corporate, marketing and financial communications agency with offices in Toronto and Montreal. Janine specializes in developing strategic communications platforms that enhance visibility and transform relationships with key media, stakeholders and influencers, aligning with and advancing corporate business goals.

Janine is committed to giving back to the profession through volunteer roles with various associations and non-profits, including spending four years on the B2B committee with the Canadian Marketing Association and serving as a judge for the CPRS ACE Awards for three consecutive years.

Janine holds a post graduate degree in public relations from Humber College and an honours Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Queen’s University. She holds the designation of Chartered Marketer (CMA) and in 2017, CPRS Toronto honoured her with the award for PR Practitioner of the Year.In her spare time, Janine plays volleyball and shuttles her kids between soccer, baseball and hockey.
